While we are licensed and can practice anywhere in the State of Texas we generally stay with about 150 mile of Mineola, TX. Small town about 30 miles north of Tyler and strategically placed to serve Texas to our eastern border with Louisiana, north to our border with Oklahoma, west to around 50 west of Fort Worth and South to about 50 miles South of Palestine.
We specialize in boundary surveys and cut outs from the simple and straight forward to the complicated puzzles that can make you scratch your heads. These are surveys that are typically needed for a refinance or new construction or a sale of the property.
Boundary surveys can range from part of an acre to thousands of acres. We do them all. I have the men and equipment to meet your time frame. Have a large tract that you want to divide, I can help with that. We also can take aerial photo and or a topographic map and overlay it on large surveys for planning or curiosity.
We specialize in elevation certificates. I get phone calls all of the time "I was never in a flood zone before but now I have gotten a letter that I am in a flood zone and need insurance." As we all know dealing with the government is never easy. I at least have a good idea of what they want. I can't always get you out of the flood zone, but we can get you an elevation certificate that will help your insurance get rated correctly and hopefully save you some money.
We specialize in topographic surveys. Are you preparing to build a dream home next to a lake or large home a tricky elevation? We can prepare a topographic survey that can go to your Architect or Engineer. We use a cad format that they can work with. They can use our survey to design and place your home for optimal elevation and natural light. Once the engineer or architect is complete we can handle the construction layout so you builder can take what the Architect or Engineer has planned and build it on the ground.
